Pharmacology Research in India during 2012-2017

Abstract

The Indian National Science Academy (INSA) has decided that each ICSU National Committee of INSA should prepare a status report of the work done in their respective domains during the last 5 years and publish the same in Proceedings of the Indian National Science Academy (PINSA) so that the status of research carried out in the respective disciplines during the last 5 years gets known widely. Accordingly, the INSA-IUPS-IUPHAR National Committee decided to review research work done in various branches of Pharmacology in India between 2012 and 2017. This responsibility was bestowed on the undersigned three National Committee INSAIUPS-IUPHAR members.
